Ultra Airborne Vision LLC, is committed to safeguarding both its clients, as well as, non-participant's right to privacy. In most cases the imagery or data gathered during ground, aerial, and virtual capturing sessions is limited to client property and requires authorization prior to the commencement of UAV operations. Ultra Airborne Vision LLC, realizes that when capturing the required imagery or data, non-participating parties or property can inadvertently be collected. While we are sensitive to this fact, in most cases the same imagery and data is widely available by other larger enterprises or while recreational or commercially flying.

 

Due to the fact that in some cases our cameras can and do capture more localized imagery or data, UAV is aware that the general public may have concerns regarding their privacy. Ultra Airborne Vision LLC, is a licensed and certificated commercial drone operator, therefore, UAV operators and equipment have genuine authorization to overfly many types of properties where mere ground travel would be restricted. UAV operators have been trained in the safe operation of unmanned aerial systems and are required to follows current laws governing their operation. While UAV operators have been granted rights legally, we also strive to promote this developing industry. UAV wishes to respect our communities and businesses to the furthest extent possible, while also running a private business.

Ultra Airborne Vision LLC, will make every feasible effort to notify surrounding parties of upcoming or ongoing operations. Operators shall refrain from capturing lude imagery during operations. Operators will within reason, share limited details of their activities with non-participants, so long as it does not jeopardize the safety of the operation being conducted. If parties have questions concerning the operation being conducted, they should wait for the operator to discontinue the operation prior to any discussions beginning. Non-participants may request, in writing, a detailed description of the operation conducted. Requests can be submitted below.
